Our state of the art remanufacturing plant at our Bury St Edmunds depot has been supplying premium remanufactured brake calipers and brake shoes to customers across the UK since 2019.
Our experienced team of engineers ensure that each and every remanufactured product is built and finished to exacting standards. Each product is tested for operation and traceable by unique serial numbers assigned at the production stage.

our EQUIPMENT
The Rosler RMBC 2.1HD takes care of our batch shot blasting, this machine enables the fast removal of old paint, powder coating and corrosion leaving a spotless finish ready for paint.
As a standalone machine this tumble belt blaster has enabled us to facilitate same day caliper and shoe turnaround due to the speed this machine can remove material.
Equipped with a full extraction system this ensures that blast residue and dust is filtrated to the highest levels and we reuse the carefully chosen shot to minimise any environmental impact.
New for 2025 the Vixen Aqua Blast enables our engineers to work on materials and products that require a more sensitive approach to blasting.
The mix of material and water ensures the pitting often associated with traditional shot blast cabinets is significantly reduced and blasting of aluminium’s and other softer materials is now possible.
This machine can cater for calipers, engine parts and ancillary items, engine blocks and cylinder heads, alloy wheels and much more.
The Vixen VM42 is our go to for one off remanufacturing jobs, this enables us to quickly prepare an item for remanufacturing and finishing where the order is time sensitive or a one off non-stock caliper or brake shoe is required.
As with our Vixen Aqua Blast machine this smaller machine allows us to blast a wide variety of products in a controlled environment.
Some of the work previously carried out includes agricultural machinery parts, wheels, suspensions and subframe components, outdoor metalwork and much more.
